Worst tech in San Diego. Look up Randy Jarvis insurance fraud, for example. He overcharges, lies and breaks keyboards for a living. No friends on Facebook, not bbb accredited. This guy is a low down lying scumbag thief. He's changed addresses and business names multiple times. Do the research, he has multiple business names that he hides behind.
