They have a minimum $135 fee just to look at your rhodes (they tried to charge me for both the top and bottom of my suitcase!) They told me it would take 10 weeks, and it took more like 6-8. I've found them to be generally rude and over priced, but they have always done good work. |

This place is way overpriced. I paid over 600 dollars to have them restore an old Rhodes to playable condition. Granted they got it working, but not for long - several of the tines began to go out after a year and keys began to stick - these are the things they were supposed to correct. They do good work, not great work, and the price is too high for the quality of work you receive. |

I left a several-thousand-dollar vintage analog synth with them for a couple of minor things that were supposed to take two weeks. I called every two weeks for two months and they kept telling me it wasn't ready yet. I finally went in and picked the unit up, and it had been completely destroyed. I took it in with two things wrong and got it back in a completely useless state. To have it repaired now would probably exceed the value of the unit if it were in the condition it was in when I took it in there. Anyone who takes any equipment to this place is an idiot. Consider yourselves warned.
