Basically two albums from Herbie's "Mwandishi" band but recorded under Eddie Henderson's name. Quite "spacey" in places (as in Herbie's "Crossing's" and "Mwandishi") but for the most part it's extremely funky - Buster Williams plays some fantastic basslines and the Rhodes is great, of course! |
