This is truly an incredible album. It's almost a crime to pigeonhole it under the R&B heading - "Inspiration Information" is a truly an original blend of R&B, dance, california acid rock, folk, blues, and jazz. Shuggie Otis, who was thought to be the next Jimi Hendrix, plays all the instruments, including some lovely rhodes, wurli, piano, and organ work. Check it out. |
